Your Responsibilities

Responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of Employee Central Payroll and related integrations as per project and support agreements.
Control and manage the key solution design for SAP EC Payroll projects.
Support and participate in workshops and requirement sessions on the SAP SuccessFactors Solutions to ensure that it is best utilised to meet client requirements.
Contribute to integration and architecture decisions concerning EC Payroll.
Understanding scope, documenting requirements, business processes, application configurations, testing plans, etc.
Able to support both senior and junior resources with EC Payroll challenges and deliverables.
Assist in the setup of HR environments and system access across client landscapes. This includes cutover and migration between client instances.
Configuration of module, including liaising with onshore and offshore teams to ensure that the solution is as per client requirements.
Providing support to the interface workstreams to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications.
Assist with testing, fixing of defects, raising SAP support tickets and ongoing management of defect resolution throughout build, test, deployment, and post go-live support.
Preparing project documentation such as Workbooks, Test Scripts, etc.
Preparing and assist in delivering knowledge transfer and training sessions.
Preparation of all final project documentation for handover to client and Zalaris support team
Support our current clients with workshops, fixes, proposed solutions and advice.
Ensuring knowledge and skills are kept current.

Education & Experience

University degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in a technical field or HR.
Experience in HR field and processes is an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of UK payroll legislation.
Proven experience in implementing SuccessFactors EC payroll module for customer projects.
5+ years' experience across SAP payroll and EC payroll (minimum 1 full EC payroll).
(advantageous) Experience of implementing any other SuccessFactors modules (other than ECP)
