Your Responsibilites
- Be commercially responsible, manage and develop the existing customer portfolio for Zalaris’ Swedish customers
- Develop strong relationships with the customer leading to deep understanding of their products and long-term business strategies
- Support development and implementing sales strategy
- Drive and measure customer satisfaction
- Contribute to quotation work to existing and new customers
- Work strategically with the customer at different levels
- Budget responsibility and reaching goals for revenue growth according to Zalaris growth ambition
- Secure and follow-up delivery services from sales to operation (customer life-cycle)
- Build and maintain a network of customer contacts and partners in the region
- Own and periodically review the accounts receivable status from the new accounts as per plan
- Increase market share and also share of wallet of the account with the customer (optional Key Account Manager role)
Your Experience and Skills
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, ideally Master's degree, e.g. in business economics
- Fluent English and Swedish, written and spoken
- Previous experience of BPO, BPM, or outsourced customer contact businesses
- Proven experience from managing multiple stakeholders and accounts within medium and large sized customers
- Knowledge in using CRM system
- Experience of writing account development plans
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs will be an advantage
- Entrepreneurial skills
