Your Responsibilites

  • Be commercially responsible, manage and develop the existing customer portfolio for Zalaris’ Swedish customers
  • Develop strong relationships with the customer leading to deep understanding of their products and long-term business strategies
  • Support development and implementing sales strategy
  • Drive and measure customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to quotation work to existing and new customers
  • Work strategically with the customer at different levels
  • Budget responsibility and reaching goals for revenue growth according to Zalaris growth ambition
  • Secure and follow-up delivery services from sales to operation (customer life-cycle)
  • Build and maintain a network of customer contacts and partners in the region
  • Own and periodically review the accounts receivable status from the new accounts as per plan
  • Increase market share and also share of wallet of the account with the customer (optional Key Account Manager role)

Your Experience and Skills

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, ideally Master's degree, e.g. in business economics
  • Fluent English and Swedish, written and spoken
  • Previous experience of BPO, BPM, or outsourced customer contact businesses
  • Proven experience from managing multiple stakeholders and accounts within medium and large sized customers
  • Knowledge in using CRM system
  • Experience of writing account development plans
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs will be an advantage
  • Entrepreneurial skills
  • Responsible, structured, self-driven personality
  • Can-do attitude
  • Proactive approach to clients, colleagues, and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great customer service skills with customer centricity and consultative selling
  • Ability to follow deadlines
