Position Summary

Join the BPO Services ZCC team in Solna/Stockholm, Sweden and become a Payroll Specialist. Zalaris is a leading European provider of comprehensive HR and Payroll services, delivered through innovative Cloud-based solutions. Zalaris Sweden office is located in Solna, but we will consider candidates from other locations, as we offer flexible office option. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Payroll processing for Zalaris clients 
  • Preparation and delivery of reports and statistics 
  • Handling service requests through C4C system and inquiries by phone 
  • Keeping up to date with current legislation changes 
  • Maintenance of employee- and payroll data (e.g., new hires, changes, terminations, tax information, pension control, sickness etc) 


  • Good communication skills, both written and oral, in Swedish and English 
  • Customer focused with the ability to deliver high quality services on time 
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive working atmosphere 
  • Flexible personality
  • Good cooperation skills and team player, ability to follow deadlines 
  • Proactivity and willingness to improve processes and procedures
  • Good understanding and interest for IT / HR systems 

Education & experience

  • University degree or other relevant certification or experience in HR data administration, payroll, or accounting
  • Experience with Swedish payroll will be an advantage
  • Experience and knowledge of SAP HCM payroll will be an advantage
  • Experience and high knowledge of Excel will be an advantage
