Role Summary

As a Team Manager, you will lead a Travel & Accounting (T&A) team within the Operations department, ensuring that travel and accounting-related processes are handled correctly, timely and in high quality for our company’s customers around the world.

 

You will be responsible for B2B service excellence, process optimization, and team performance, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong mix of leadership, operational expertise, and a tech-driven, customer-centric mindset. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, results-oriented leader to drive service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Service Excellence and Operational Management:

  • Ensure accurate and timely service delivery, meeting SLAs and customer expectations.

  • Actively participate in T&A service delivery (40-50% of time) to optimize team utilization and maintain service excellence.

  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and take immediate action to resolve service deviations.

  • Drive process improvements, automation, and cost-efficiency initiatives, including near/offshoring transitions.

  • Promote a continuous improvement mindset, embedding Lean principles and best practices.

People Leadership and Team Development:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team.

  • Ensure effective workforce planning, securing the right talent and skill sets.

  • Set SMART goals, provide coaching, and foster a culture of engagement and accountability.

  • Create a motivating and inclusive team atmosphere, reinforcing company values.

  • Act as a trusted leader, ensuring open communication and proactive issue resolution.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Team leadership experience with the ability to lead, develop and engage a high-performing team in a fast-evolving environment.

  • Strong background in accounting, preferably in a business process outsourcing field.

  • Customer experience and service delivery with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, SLA compliance, and KPI-driven improvements.

  • Process optimization and automation through hands-on experience in streamlining workflows, driving automation, and improving efficiency.

  • Data-driven decision making with proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and implementing targeted improvements.

  • Problem-solving and proactive mindset to identify challenges early and implement effective solutions.

  • Stakeholder collaboration with strong communication and coordination skills to align with internal teams and external partners.

  • Fluent in English language.

  • Familiarity with SAP would be considered an advantage.
