Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to help shape our workforce and drive talent acquisition efforts.
In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to attract top talent for a variety of positions, particularly in IT, HR & payroll services delivery, and Scandinavian language roles. You will lead full-cycle recruitment in Latvia, Sweden, and Norway, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams as part of our world-class global hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs at different levels and develop sourcing strategies to attract top candidates.

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from understanding business needs to final offer management, including job ad creation, publishing, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, background checks, and onboarding. Utilize SAP SuccessFactors for process management.

Lead local employer branding initiatives and act as a company ambassador. Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, job sites, and other stakeholders to develop a strong talent pipeline.

Provide hiring managers with market data, recruitment insights, and analytics to inform decision-making. Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire and roles closed.

Guide candidates through the hiring process and support hiring managers with interview techniques, evaluation methods, and candidate selection.

Nurture talent and form close collaboration with HR Business Partners, Country Managers, and the global Talent Acquisition team to ensure alignment with business needs and recruitment strategies.
Key Skills and Experience

3-5 years of experience in independently managing full-cycle recruitment projects, preferably in high-volume environments and across various position levels.

Strong sourcing abilities, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and creative sourcing techniques.

Tech-savviness with experience using ATS, HRM tools, and other recruitment technologies and applications.

University degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.

Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders both internally and externally.

Strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights to improve recruitment processes.

Excellent communication skills in English and Latvian.
Perfect if you have, but if not, you'll gain the experience:

IT recruitment experience and/or expertise in Scandinavian language recruitment.

Experience working in a global, large-scale company.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

AON personality testing certification (formerly cut-e).
