Position Summary

Are you an experienced SAP professional seeking a new opportunity? Zalaris' IT Operations department in Riga is actively seeking skilled individuals to join our accomplished team as we continue to excel in the IT field.

Your Responsibilities

SAP
Conducting technical maintenance, monitoring, and implementing continuous improvements for SAP systems.

Support
Managing technical second-line incidents and service requests by utilizing the CRM ticketing system.

IT Operations
Ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance of SAP platforms.

Requirements

Education
In-progress or completed higher education in the IT field.

SAP BASIS
Demonstrated experience in technical maintenance of SAP ERP platforms.

Language
Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Proactivity
Proactive problem-solving approach and excellent communication and customer service skills.
