Job Title:  SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant

Role Summary

As an SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant in our Cloud Consulting team, your mission is to lead complex human resources transformation journeys for our clients. You will combine deep solution expertise with strategic thinking to design, advise, and deliver high-impact cloud solutions. This role offers you the chance to shape client outcomes, mentor teams, and play a key role in growing our consulting business, while working on meaningful, international projects. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, taking ownership of tasks, delegating effectively, and ensuring project success   
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to understand their needs, define problem statements, and design tailored technical solutions   
  • Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors integrations to meet client requirements, lead customer workshops and document solution  
  • Provide expert support for both standard and complex issues via ticketing tools   
  • Deliver end-user training, create documentation, and present to audiences while ensuring compliance with project blueprints   
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and consultants to drive seamless collaboration and execution   

 

Your Experience and Skills

  • Experience with oData or SF Compound Employee API integrations 
  • Proven ability to lead projects and/or design technical solutions, and provide exceptional customer support   
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and ability to work collaboratively within a team   
  • Strong technical expertise, configuration, technical documentation, XML, JSON, Postman and experience designing and delivering technical solutions   
  • Experience providing customer support via phone or ticketing tools, along with strong problem-solving skills   
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, systems management, business administration, analytics or a related field (or equivalent experience)   
  • Fluent in English and Latvian for day-to-day communication with clients  

 

Advantages:   

  • Experience with Human Resource or payroll-related solutions (support, design, and/or configuration)   
  • Experience with one or more of the following SAP solutions: SAP ERP, SAP S4/HANA, SAP EC Payroll, SAP Integration Suite, SAP SF IAS, SAP Business Integration Builder 
  • Certification or experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations
