Role Summary
Join our team as the SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, combining technical and business expertise to shape HR systems for a diverse client base in the UK, Scandinavia, Baltic States and Germany. Your Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, taking ownership of tasks, delegating effectively, and ensuring project success
- Collaborate with internal and external clients to understand their needs, define problem statements, and design tailored technical solutions
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors to meet client requirements, lead customer workshops and document solution
- Provide expert support for both standard and complex issues via ticketing tools
- Deliver end-user training, create documentation, and present to audiences while ensuring compliance with project blueprints
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and consultants to drive seamless collaboration and execution
Your Experience and Skills
- 3+ years of knowledge and work experience in any SAP SuccessFactors module/s as super user or implementation consultant, SAP Payroll, global enterprise HRIS, and integrations
- Proven ability to lead projects and/or design technical solutions, and provide exceptional customer support
- Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Strong technical expertise, configuration, tech documentation, XML, business rule functions and formulas, "if conditions", and experience designing and delivering technical solutions
- Experience providing customer support via phone or ticketing tools, along with strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, systems management, business administration, analytics or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Fluent in English and Latvian for day-to-day communication with clients
