Position Summary

Zalaris Business Processes team is expanding, and we are currently looking for a Process Development Analysts to join our experienced team in Riga

Your Responsibilities

  • Support Zalaris growing HR BPO business by onboarding of new Zalaris customers
  • Conduct workshops for Zalaris Customers, present solution outcomes to Customers, collaborate with the parties involved
  • Create and ensure proper and relevant process, solution, and business concept documentation.
  • Coordinate development and maintenance of Zalaris best practice processes, solutions, and business concepts.
  • Contribute to Zalaris HR BPO process and solution improvements. 
  • Cary responsibility of the ownership, design, Change Management and continual improvement of the process and it’s results
  • Work closely with other Zalaris key units such as Consulting to ensure successful project and development deliverables 
  • Inform and train other Zalaris employees about Zalaris processes, solutions, and business concepts

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, minimum requirement C1 proficient user.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, argumentation, and time management skills.
  • Ability to present and explain complex concepts.
  • Good research and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to logically process and grasp the information employing both top-down as well as bottom-up approaches.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
  • Basic project management and coordination skills.
  • Business process management knowledge and / or experience
  • Experience with Lean/6sigma/Agile will be seen as an advantage
  • Experience with process automation will be seen as an advantage
  • SAP HCM experience will be seen as an advantage
  • Experience in payroll and HR outsourcing will be seen as an advantage
  • Experience with digital information presentation tools (e.g., Camtasia) will be seen as an advantage.
