Role Summary

We're looking for motivated and customer‑oriented IT professionals to join our IT Service Desk team. In this role, you will support employees across our entire organization as well as our customers located all over the globe. Whether you are starting your IT career or already have solid experience, this position offers excellent opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to delivering high‑quality IT support in an international environment.  

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve IT service requests and incidents 
  • Provide on‑site IT support for employees and equipment 
  • Perform technical support tasks connected to SAP systems 
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction 
  • Update and enhance internal knowledge base materials 
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide root‑cause insights 
  • Assist in implementing IT service improvements and best practices 

Your Experience and Skills

  • Experience working in an IT support or service desk environment 
  • Solid written and spoken English skills required for working with clients
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure services (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Intune device management, or M365 administration 
  • Strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and fairness 
  • Effective time management and teamwork abilities 
  • Advanced problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills 
  • Clear, concise communication across digital and face‑to‑face channels 
  • Empathy, patience, and ability to support diverse user groups 
  • Customer‑service mindset with a proactive approach 
  • Adaptability to varying tasks, issues, and service volumes

  • Experience with SAP support, ITIL, or service management tools.
