About the Internship 

Period: June – August 2026 

Location: 100% on‑site (Novira Plaza, 2A Marijas iela Riga LV-1050) 

Working hours: 4 hours/day (morning shift 09:00–13:00 or afternoon shift 13:00–17:00) 

Monthly compensation: €500 gross  

Internship agreement: Signed in May (tripartite – you, your university, and Zalaris)  

Application deadline: 31 March 

Start date: 1 June – Welcome Day 

 

Your Main Tasks 

  • Providing local IT assistance 

  • Processing IT Support service requests (tickets) 

  • Help update simple documentation and knowledge base articles 

  • Performing SAP system technical tasks 

  • Learn service desk tools, processes, and best practices through guided training
