Job Title:  HR Tech Associate Consultant

Role Summary

Your Responsibilities

• Support SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects by contributing to assigned tasks and project deliverables 
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and assist in defining solutions 
• Configure and customise SAP SuccessFactors under guidance to meet client needs 
• Participate in customer workshops, take notes, and support documentation of solutions 
• Assist in resolving standard support tickets and troubleshooting issues using internal tools 
• Contribute to end-user training materials and documentation, and support training sessions 
• Work closely with consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery 

Your Experience and Skills

• Experience or exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, HRIS systems, or integrations (including internships or super user experience) 
• Basic understanding of system configuration, business processes, or HR systems 
• Interest in technology and willingness to learn technical aspects such as XML, business rules, and system configuration 
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 
• Structured and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving 
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, systems management, business administration, analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 
• Fluent in English and Latvian for day-to-day communication with clients 
• Understanding of HR processes (e.g. employee lifecycle, payroll processes, time management or performance management) is considered an advantage
