Position Summary

Do you want to work in an international environment and be part of the best team? Are you familiar with payroll process and want to work with well - known companies? If you have the knowledge of German and English languages, join our Payroll Operations Team and become the payroll expert for our clients in Germany. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers and third parties through service requests and via phone
  • Perform HR Master data, absence, attendance, sick leave, reporting and other payroll related tasks for customers
  • Take active part in process documentation and continuous improvement projects
  • Data input for Payroll
  • Payslip explanation to the employees


  • Good written and spoken German and English languages 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Minimum 1,5 years of experience working with SAP HR module is required (experience working with other SAP ERP modules is an advantage)
  • Minimum 1,5 years of experience with German payroll processing is required
  • Experience in Customer service will be an advantage
  • Great communication and cooperation skills
  • Attention to details
