Position Summary

Do you want to work in an international environment and be part of the best team? Are you familiar with payroll process and want to work with well - known companies? If you have the knowledge of German and English languages, join our Payroll Operations Team and become the payroll expert for our clients in Germany.

Your Responsibilities

Communicate with customers and third parties through service requests and via phone
Perform HR Master data, absence, attendance, sick leave, reporting and other payroll related tasks for customers
Take active part in process documentation and continuous improvement projects
Data input for Payroll
Payslip explanation to the employees

Skills&Experience

Good written and spoken German and English languages
Good knowledge of MS Office
Minimum 1,5 years of experience working with SAP HR module is required (experience working with other SAP ERP modules is an advantage)
Minimum 1,5 years of experience with German payroll processing is required
Experience in Customer service will be an advantage
Great communication and cooperation skills
Attention to details
Flexibility and focus on efficient teamwork
