Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Zalaris and SAP systems to manage and administer customer-related HR data.
- Provide first-line support, resolve issues, and answer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Engage with customers through written communication and phone calls*.
- Manage attendance and absence records while ensuring customer data accuracy.
- Prepare and deliver insightful reports.
- Assist with inquiries related to systems and self-service portals, providing effective problem-solving solutions.
- Help Zalaris improve our learning materials, by maintaining internal documentation and continuously adding new knowledge to our extensive knowledge bank.
- Explore the world of customer service, and help develop the way we conduct service at Zalaris, by identifying improvement areas or suggesting new ideas for excellence.
Key Skills and Experience
- Fluency in German.
- Strong command of English.
