Your Responsibilities

  • Utilize Zalaris and SAP systems to manage and administer customer-related HR data.

  • Provide first-line support, resolve issues, and answer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

  • Engage with customers through written communication and phone calls*.

  • Manage attendance and absence records while ensuring customer data accuracy.

  • Prepare and deliver insightful reports.

  • Assist with inquiries related to systems and self-service portals, providing effective problem-solving solutions.

  • Help Zalaris improve our learning materials, by maintaining internal documentation and continuously adding new knowledge to our extensive knowledge bank.

  • Explore the world of customer service, and help develop the way we conduct service at Zalaris, by identifying improvement areas or suggesting new ideas for excellence.

*Not a call center position – the majority of communication is written, with a moderate call volume (~15 calls/day). These typically involve resolving inquiries related to data accuracy, payroll calculations, or technical support.

Your Experience and Skills

  • Fluency in Finnish; additional Nordic languages are a plus.

  • Strong command of English.

  • A genuine enjoyment of communication, with a customer-first mindset.

  • Attention to detail and precision in handling data.

  • Tech-savvy with eagerness to work with advanced systems like SAP.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, adaptable attitude.

  • A desire to grow professionally and contribute to a collaborative team.

  • Willingness to give feedback and contribute ideas on how to make our services even better.

  • Willingness to embrace new ways of working. 

 

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in customer service, finance, or accounting.

  • Familiarity with HR systems, especially SAP systems.

  • An innovative mindset and desire specialize in different topics.

 

Your educational background is not a concern, as long as you have the skills or the enthusiasm to learn!
