Role Summary

As a Senior Consultant in our Cloud Consulting team, your mission is to help organisations transform how they manage their people using smart, future-ready human resources technology. You will work closely with clients to design meaningful solutions, improve processes, and drive real business value. What is in it for you? Your Responsibilities

  • Configure and optimise SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet client business needs.
  • Provide architectural and application advisory for cloud-based human resources solutions.
  • Support process optimisation and transformation initiatives across human resources functions.
  • Design and deliver reporting and insights using SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Support digital workplace initiatives using SAP Work Zone Digital Workplace.
  • Lead and support test management activities, including planning, execution, and defect resolution.
  • Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Your Experience and Skills

Experience and Skills

  • 5-8 years of experience in human resources technology consulting or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Strong experience in solution architecture and application advisory.
  • Proven exposure to human resources process optimisation and transformation projects.
  • Experience in reporting and analytics using SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Experience working with digital adoption, recruitment, and process tools such as WalkMe, SmartRecruiters, and Signavio.
  • Experience supporting structured testing and change initiatives in client environments.
