Your role as Junior HR Service Partner

You will take on a key position, responsible for managing one of our largest customers and overseeing HR services delivery for multiple countries. You will support the countries aligned with your personal experience like Romania, Slovakia, Serbia, Turkey, South Africa, Czech Republic, located in one of our global locations. What you’ll do
Customer Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for one of our major customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

HR Services Delivery

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of HR services for the assigned customer for a different set of countries: Romania, Slovakia, Serbia, Turkey, South Africa, Czech Republic.
  • Manage our client’s HR administration processes and contractual documents from Recruitment to Termination (offer letters, contracts, letters, termination documents and related processes)
  • Assist in onboarding new starters
  • Draft and review our client’s HR documentation to ensure it is compliant with current legislation and is following agreed processes
  • Manage and update our client’s HR Database and ensure all documents are securely stored
  • Handle client’s HR-related queries and requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure the timely and accurate HR services delivery, including talent and workforce management and compensation & benefits administration.

Project Team Participation:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and our partners to drive successful project outcomes and exceed customer expectations.

Escalation Point for Delivery Issues:

  • Serve as the escalation point for any HR services delivery issues, working proactively to resolve challenges and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement corrective actions and prevent future issues.

What you bring with you ?

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator / Services Partner or in a similar client-facing HR role.
  • Good knowledge of HR processes, regulations, and best practices in one or more of the following countries/regions: Romania, Slovakia, Serbia, Turkey, South Africa or Czech Republic.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while consistently following up to ensure timely completion and accountability.
  • High attention to details.
  • Proven capability to uphold strict confidentiality standards and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Romanian, Arabic, Turkey or German, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels of the organization.
  • You’re curious about people and you’re good at building and maintaining relations.
