About the role
In this role, you will deliver end-to-end HR support for one of our Zalaris clients, combining remote service delivery with a regular on-site presence at the client’s office up to 2 days per week in Sibiu. You’ll be the trusted HR partner for employees and managers, ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance, and a great service experience.
Your Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end HR support for the client across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, benefits administration, etc.).

Manage and resolve HR-related queries within agreed SLAs and defined processes, ensuring clear ownership and timely follow-up.

Build strong relationships with client stakeholders (employees and management) through professional communication.

Maintain a regular on-site presence (approximately 1–2 days per week) to deliver hands-on support and strengthen collaboration.

Prepare and manage employment-related documentation in line with local legislation, client requirements, and internal policies.

Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation quality, process adherence, and compliance readiness.

Collaborate with internal teams, escalate complex cases when needed, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently and transparently.

Participate in client onboarding activities (transitions/migrations) and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and service delivery.
Your Experience and Skills

Fluent Romanian (must-have) and solid English skills (written and spoken).

Min. 2 years proven experience in HR administration/service delivery, ideally covering multiple HR lifecycle processes.

Strong understanding of working with HR processes, SLAs, and case handling in a structured environment.

Confident stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust with employees and managers.

Good knowledge of employment documentation and compliance requirements, with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable working with HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS, ticketing/case management systems).

A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, spotting improvement opportunities and driving better ways of working.

Ability and willingness to work on-site at the client’s office up to 2 days per week as part of the role.
