Job Title:  Senior Specialist with Hungarian Payroll

Position Summary

Are you a specialist experienced in Hungarian HR and payroll processes, ready to cooperate with well-known organizations throughout Europe?

We have a vacancy in our BPO Service Team in Poznań, Poland and we are looking for a new colleague, who has a strong understanding of Hungarian Payroll and Personal Administration in SAP Operations field. Our clients are some of the most respected local and international companies, so you will have a chance to work with interesting challenges.

Your Responsibilities

• Payroll processing for Zalaris clients
• Maintenance of employee and payroll data (e.g., new hires, changes, terminations, tax information, pension control, sickness etc)
• Registration of payroll data input (e.g., deductions, benefits, bonuses, new salaries) 
• Preparation and delivery of reports and statistics
• Keeping up to date with current legislation changes 
• Handling service requests through C4C system and inquiries by phone 

Required experience

• For the Specialist role, we require 1-3 years of experience in Hungarian Payroll
• For the Senior Specialist role, we require 4+ years of experience in Hungarian Payroll
• Good communication skills, both written and oral, in English and Polish
• University degree or other relevant certification or experience in HR data administration, payroll or accounting
• Experience and high knowledge of Excel will be an advantage
• Candidate must be located in Poland, ideally in Poznań
