Your Responsibilities

  • Be commercially responsible, including managing and developing the existing customer portfolio for Zalaris’ Norwegian customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Drive and measure customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to quotation work to existing and new customers
  • Work strategically with the customer at different levels
  • Budget responsibility and reaching goals for revenue growth according to Zalaris growth ambition.
  • Secure and follow up delivery services from sales to operation (customer life-cycle)

Education & experience

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from higher education
  • Fluency in both oral and written English and Norwegian language .
  • Previous experience of BPO, BPM, or outsourced customer contact businesses 
  • Proven experience from managing multiple stakeholders and , accounts within medium and large sized customers 
  • Experience of writing account development plans 
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs will be an advantage
