Role Summary

Do you want to work with some of Norway’s largest organizations while also contributing to global HR technology projects? We are looking for a HR Tech Senior Consultant who understands how HR technology creates value in practice. 

In this role, you will work closely with well-known Norwegian companies such as NAV, DNB, Aker BP, Felleskjøpet, and Sporveien, helping them translate business needs into effective and scalable system solutions. You will operate at the intersection of HR tech, customer experience, and smart use of technology, including exploring how AI can improve HR processes and user experience. 

The role suits someone who is solution‑oriented, analytical, and comfortable in a consulting environment. You enjoy taking ownership, working closely with customers, and delivering high‑quality solutions with structure and attention to detail. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Advise customers on HR technology solutions and SuccessFactors best practices 
  • Translate business needs into practical, scalable, and user‑friendly solutions 
  • Drive customer solutions across implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors 
  • Support customers with change requests and ongoing improvements to their existing solutions 
  • Improve employee and candidate experience through better use of HR processes and technology 
  • Contribute to customer projects with a structured, analytical, and solution‑oriented approach 
  • Work closely with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders across functional and technical topics 
  • Identify opportunities to use automation, data, and AI to improve HR processes and customer value 

Your Experience and Skills

  • 5+ years of relevant experience for Senior Consultant level   
  • Strong experience with one or more relevant SuccessFactors modules, with particular focus on:   
    • Employee Central   
    • Onboarding   
    • Compensation   
    • Recruiting / SmartRecruiters  
  • Experience from HR technology projects, advisory work, implementation, or solution design can replace certification experience.   
  • Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset   
  • The ability to understand customer needs and turn them into clear recommendations and actions   
  • Strong proficiency in Norwegian and English 

 

Advantages:   

  • SuccessFactors certifications or super user experience on the customer side  
  • Good understanding of HR processes and how technology supports them  
  • Interest in AI, digitalization, and continuous improvement in HR  
  • Other HR Technology or advisory experience
