Your Responsibilities

• Support the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Assist in designing and documenting human resources processes and system solutions.
• Support reporting and analytics activities using SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Contribute to digital workplace initiatives using SAP Work Zone Digital Workplace.
• Assist with application and architectural advisory tasks under senior guidance.
• Support testing activities to ensure high-quality system deliveries.
• Participate in change management activities to support user adoption.
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients to deliver project outcomes.
• Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and best practices.

Your Experience and Skills

Experience and Skills

• Up to 2 years of experience or strong academic exposure to human resources systems or consulting.
• Basic understanding or strong interest in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and functionality.
• Interest in human resources process optimisation and transformation.
• Exposure or willingness to learn reporting using SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Familiarity or curiosity about tools such as WalkMe, SmartRecruiters, and Signavio.
• Willingness to learn testing, documentation, and change management practices.
