Role Summary

The role focuses on leading and delivering SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations as part of broader HR Transformation projects. It involves gathering requirements, designing and configuring solutions, managing integrations, ensuring data accuracy, and providing expert guidance on payroll deployment. The position combines HR technology expertise, project management, and client advisory skills to deliver tailored, high-impact HR solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needs 
  • Use your knowledge and implementation experience to shape our services to meet client needs 
  • Use expertise to manage and deliver HR Transformation projects across various sectors, enhancing the change experience for diverse organisations. 
  • Leverage your previous HR Technology experience to develop and deliver fit-for-purpose analysis, recommendations, solutions, reports, presentations, and other project deliverables 
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to meet client requirements and business processes. 
  • Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and provide best practice recommendations. 
  • Develop and document functional specifications, solution designs, and configuration workbooks 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems. 
  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to Employee Central and Payroll. 
  • Provide expert – level advice and guidance on payroll deployment approach and planning 
  • Perform data migration and validation activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity. 
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations to ensure successful project delivery. 
  • Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases and enhancements and provide recommendations for system improvements.
