As our SAP HCM Consultant, you will utilize your deep knowledge of SAP HR modules to design and implement solutions tailored to our clients' requirements and will have interesting career growth opportunities. Your Responsibilities

Configuration of SAP Payroll module (including Time and Travel areas)
Collaborate with clients to understand their payroll requirements, including payroll policies, tax regulations, and statutory compliance
Implement SAP payroll solution to new customers
Handle change orders and service requests through ticketing system (for clients, as well internal Operations teams)
Be an advisor to clients regarding best practice processes and technical set up in the system
Plan and handle testing and participate in customer projects

Skills

Good communication skills, both written and oral, in English language, knowledge of any other EU language is an advantage
Ability to plan work and make priorities independently
Good Project management skills
Ability to deliver good service
Initiative and flexibility

Education & experience

5 years of working experience within SAP HCM technical configuration for Payroll, Time, Travel modules
Knowledge of legal payroll matters – preferably German or any other EU country
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
