Role Summary
As a Senior SuccessFactors Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in configuring and testing SAP SuccessFactors Time-Off and Time Tracking modules. Working closely with the Lead Consultant, you will ensure the successful implementation of time management solutions for our clients. This is a non-client-facing role, allowing you to focus on the technical and functional excellence of the system configuration and supporting the Lead Consultant during the Go-Live and Hypercare phases.

Your Responsibilities
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors Time-Off and Time Tracking modules based on functional specifications provided by the Lead Consultant.
- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with the Lead Consultant to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project milestones.
- Provide technical support during the Go-Live and Hypercare phases.
- Document configuration, test results, and support materials.
- Identify and escalate risks or issues to the Lead Consultant proactively.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and best practices.
Your Experience and Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Time-Off and Time Tracking configuration.
- Proven track record in HRIT consulting or SAP implementation projects.
- Experience working in agile project environments is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management modules.
- Proficiency in system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology is advantageous.
