Position Summary

Are you an expert in Finnish payroll and SAP HCM configuration? 

We invite you to join our implementation IT Dev Func team, which consists of consultants located throughout Europe. We are looking for new talented colleagues who will handle implementation projects for our significant Finnish clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Configuration of SAP Payroll module
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their payroll requirements, including payroll policies, tax regulations, and statutory compliance
  • Implementing SAP payroll solution to new customers  
  • Professional advising clients on best processes and system settings
  • Planing and handling testing

 

Experience and education

  • For regular position,  3-4 years of working experience within SAP HCM technical setup for Finnish payroll
  • For senior position, minimum 5 years of working experience within SAP HCM technical setup for Finnish payroll
  • Finnish time and travel will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Finnish legal issues related to payroll
  • Good English skills, both spoken and written (B2/C1 level)
  • Finnish language will be an additional advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
