As a Senior Consultant AMS SAP Payroll (m/f/d), you will become part of our dynamic AMS team, committed to tackling HR challenges with fresh ideas and technical innovation.

Your Responsibilities

  • You play a key role in continuously enhancing existing HR technologies in the SAP environment and keeping them up to date through regular maintenance activities (such as support packages and year‑end tasks).
  • You design, develop, and implement innovative, user‑friendly HR applications tailored to the specific needs of our German customers.
  • Close collaboration with internal departments enables you to fully understand business requirements and translate them into customized technical solutions.
  • You proactively identify optimization potential and convert these insights into targeted improvements within our HR technology landscape.
  • You ensure seamless integration of our HR technologies with other company applications and processes.
  • As a central interface in our AMS team, you work solution‑oriented within a ticket system, supporting our German customers directly in German—from analysis and consulting to testing and coordinating all steps to successful completion.
