Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our support and maintenance team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing configuration, customisation, support, and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. You will work closely with customers, consultants, and cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient operation of the solution and the successful delivery of enhancements and change requests.

Your Responsibilities

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module configuration and customisation.
  • Define business requirements, evaluate solution options, and provide recommendations.
  • Analyse and resolve system incidents, service requests, and functional issues.
  • Perform mass data updates and customise the Employee Central data model.
  • Develop and execute system testing and validation following configuration changes.
  • Deliver end-user training and develop training materials.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation and knowledge articles.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate closely with other SuccessFactors consultants.

Your Experience and Skills

  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in a consulting environment. 
  • Certification of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Experience supporting and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors solutions in a production environment.
  • Professional proficiency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM is an advantage.
  • Experience in the customisation of integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM is an advantage.
  • Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules would be an advantage.
  • Takes ownership of tasks and delivers results in a structured and professional manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify practical solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, customers, and cross-functional teams.

  • Salary tailored to experience – from 14,000 PLN to 20,000 PLN gross.
