Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our Global Consulting team based in Poland. In this role, you will contribute to exciting local and global implementation projects across Poland, as well as the DACH and APAC regions.
You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, collaborating closely with both local and international clients to optimize their HR processes.

Your Responsibilities
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module configuration and customization.
- Defining the problem statement, evaluating the solution options, and making recommendations.
- Developing and executing tests.
- Ongoing monitoring of compliance with blueprints.
- Conducting end-user training and creating documentation.
- Cooperating closely with other SuccessFactors consultants.
- Ongoing communication with various functional teams throughout the organization.
Education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience.
- Certification of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Proven full-cycle implementations - your true expertise is more important than your bachelor's degree.
- Full-professional proficiency in Polish, both written and spoken.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- German language skills would be advantageous.
- Knowledge in the additional SF modules and integration will be consider as an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Accountability for actions, especially under stressful situations.
- Commitment and determination in problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
