Your Responsibilities

SAP TV module configuration
Handling change orders and service requests via the C4C system
Advising clients on best processes and system settings
Testing planing and support for the testing team
Taking part in the management services implementation projects
Professional advising for the teams in Operations
Training and guiding other team members
Keeping communication with various functional teams and departments in the organization
Creating documentation of challenges and change orders in cooperation with other units

Experience

For the Consultant role, we require 3+ years of experience in SAP TV module technical customization
For the Senior Consultant role, we require 7+ years of experience in SAP TV technical customization
Practical knowledge of SAP FICO module - posting and payment processes
Experience in setting up Per Diem based on country and customer specific requirements
Proficient in both written and spoken English
We prioritize work experience in SAP system over education
Candidate must be located in the European Union

Will be considered an advantage

Knowledge of various countries' Travel & Expenses customization
Credit card integration
Nordic or German languages
