Position Summary

We have a vacancy in our Global Application Management Services Team and are looking for new colleagues, located in Poland or within the EU, who are experts in SAP HR system. As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will become part of a global team and you will be responsible for payroll support for our clients. We are looking for consultants who can work with one or two of payrolls - Spanish, Czech or Swiss.

Your Responsibilities

  • Payroll technical configuration and customization in SAP system
  • Handling change orders and service requests via the C4C system
  • Advising clients on best processes and system settings
  • Testing planning and handling
  • Professional advising for the teams in Operations 
  • Training and guiding other team members
  • Communication with various functional teams and departments within the organization
  • Creating documentation of challenges and change orders in cooperation with other units

Education & experience

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience within SAP Payroll customization with one or two payrolls of Czech Republic
  • Very good knowledge in configuration and customization of SAP system
  • English skills, both written and spoken at the professional working level
  • Language knowledge of the payroll country specific 
  • Education - Your expertise is more important than your bachelor's degree
