Your Responsibilities

  • SAP system configuration and customization
  • Handling change orders and service requests via the C4C system
  • Advising clients on best processes and system settings
  • Testing planing and handling
  • Professional advising for the teams in Operations 
  • Communication with different functional teams and departments in the organisatio
  • Creating documentation of challenges and change orders in cooperation with other units

Education & experience

  • For regular position, it is required at least 3-5 years of working experience within SAP Payroll customization
  • For Senior position, minimum 5-7 years of working experience within SAP Payroll customization
  • Knowledge of German or Swiss payroll
  • Good English and German skills, both spoken and written (B2 level)
  • Your expertise is more important than your bachelor's degree
  • ​​​​​​The candidate must be located withiin the European Union
