Job Title:  Senior SAP HCM Consultant in Poland

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP HCM Consultant specializing in Polish Payroll and Time Managment to join our Application Management Services (AMS) Polish team on a full-time basis. 

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality support, configuration, and advisory services within the SAP HCM environment, with a strong focus on Polish payroll and time managment, and compliance with local legal regulations.
 
You will act as a subject-matter expert, supporting clients post go‑live, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring stable and compliant payroll operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide expert‑level support and consultancy for SAP HCM Payroll, with a focus on Polish payroll.
  • Configure, customise, and enhance SAP HCM Payroll solutions according to business and legal requirements.
  • Deliver AMS services including incident handling, change requests, problem management, and system optimisation.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with Polish labour law, tax, and social security regulations.
  • Support post go‑live activities, including stabilisation and knowledge transfer.
  • Analyse client requirements and translate them into effective SAP HCM solutions.
  • Participate in payroll testing, year‑end activities, and legal updates.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, providing guidance on best practices and system improvements.
  • Cooperate closely with cross‑functional teams -HR, Payroll, IT, international AMS teams.
  • Support junior consultants through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Your Experience and Skills

Experience and Skills

  • Proven senior‑level, hands‑on experience as an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant within an outsourcing environment.
  • Strong hands‑on expertize in SAP HCM Payroll and Time Managemnt for Polish customers.
  • Very good knowledge of Polish payroll legislation, ZUS, PIT, and reporting obligationsExperience working in an AMS / support model (post go‑live)
  • Solid understanding of integration with other SAP HCM modules (e.g. PA, OM) will be an advantage.
  • Fluent Polish, native or near-native level is mandatory.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
  • Ability to analyse complex SAP HCM issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team. 
  • Demonstrates an agile mindset with learnability, agility, and curiosity
