Position Summary

We're looking for a talented SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to join our Polish team of Professional Services experts and will be responsible for cooperation with our Polish clients - the analysis, design and implementation of SAP solutions that meet business requirements.
The role of an SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect requires well-versed in multiple areas of SAP, business knowledge to understand the customer needs and project goals, a solid understanding of the technical aspects of the company’s products and services, but also knowledge how these products fit into the broader picture of streamlining business processes. .The ideal candidate will have experience with multiple full life cycle SAP implementations, as well as a deep understanding of the SAP technology.

Your Responsibilities

Understanding the business processes and objectives of the company and align the IT strategy with the business goals
Designing, implementing, and maintaining the SAP solutions that support the business processes
Collaborating with project manager, SuccessFactors module leads,configuration and development teams to design the best solution to the client
Configuring the SAP system to meet the business requirements
Working closely with the sales team in providing accurate time, costs and scope of solution
Presenting DEMO live on the customer’s system
Performing unit testing and integration testing
Evaluating project solution constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and propose solutions
Keeping abreast of the latest SAP technologies and solutions
Cooperation with global SuccessFactors teams of Zalaris
Ongoing maintenance of a set of good practices

Experience

7+ years of professional experience in SuccessFactors and HCM area
4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors software development and architecture
Experience in communication when it comes to provide complex information with diplomatic tact as part of cooperation with various internal and external customers
Professional proficiency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
Knowledge of working tools such as SAP Transformation Navigator, SAP Value Lifecycle Management, SAP Signavio Process Modeler and mind map

Education & skills

Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, information technology or related field
SuccessFactors' certifications or equivalent work experience
Ability to organise complex problems in a clear way
Ability to collect and organise large amounts of incoming data into structures easy to follow and present
Ability to prioritise tasks and planning work effectively
Ability to build professional relationships with clients
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Ability to take accountable actions, particularly in times of stress
