Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our Polish team of Professional Services experts. As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module to optimize our clients' HR processes especially in Time Tracking area. You will collaborate on projects with Zalaris clients, analyze their HR requirements and provide expert guidance. Your deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.

Your Responsibilities

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module configuration and customization
Defining the problem statement, evaluating the solution options, and making recommendations
Developing and executing tests
Ongoing monitoring of compliance with blueprints.
Conducting end-user training and creating documentation
Cooperating closely with other SuccessFactors consultants
Ongoing communication with various functional teams throughout the organization

Experience

Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience
Time Tracking solution experience will be an advantage
Knowledge in the additional SF modules and integration will be consider as an advantage.
At least one full-cicle implementation

Education & skills

Certification of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules
Education background - Your true expertise is more important than your bachelor's degree
Professional proficiency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
Candidate must be located in Poland
Good communication and interpersonal skills which enable to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical parties
Accountability for actions, particularly in times of stress
Commitment and determination in solving problems
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
