Position Summary

Are you a consultant in HR and payroll processes and are eager to work with well-known organisations all over Europe?

We have an open position in our Global Application Management Services team in Poland and we are looking for a new colleague from Poland and whole European Union who is an expert in this field. As an SAP Human Capital Management Consultant, you will be part of global team and will be responsible for configuring the SAP Payroll / Time module. We are looking for a Consultant with experience in German payroll.

Your Responsibilities

SAP Payroll configuration
Handling change orders and service requests via the C4C system
Advising clients on best processes and system settings
Testing planing and handling
Professional advising for the teams in Operations
Communication with different functional teams and departments in the organisation
Creating documentation of challenges and change orders in cooperation with other units

Education & experience

Minimum 1-4 years of working experience within SAP Payroll customization for Consultant role
Minimum 5+ years of working experience within SAP Payroll customization for Senior Consultant role
Knowledge of German payroll
Languages knowledge: English and German skills at professional level, both written and oral
Your work experience is more important than your education
Candidate must be located in Poland
