Job Title:  SAP HCM Polish-Payroll Consultant

Role Summary

We are looking for an SAP HCM Consultant with a focus on Polish Payroll and Time Management to join our Application Management Services (AMS) Poland team on a full‑time basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality support, configuration, and advisory services within the SAP HCM environment, with a strong focus on Polish payroll and time managment, and compliance with local legal regulations. You will work closely with senior consultants, payroll operations, and international teams, gaining further expertise in SAP HCM and local payroll regulations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide support and consultancy for SAP HCM Payroll, with a focus on Polish payroll and Time Management.
  • Support configuration, customization, and enhancement of SAP HCM Payroll solutions in line with business and legal requirements.
  • Deliver AMS services, including incident handling, change requests, system optimisation. 
  • Support ongoing compliance with Polish labour law, tax, and social security regulations.
  • Take part in payroll testing, year‑end activities, and legal updates
  • Cooperate closely with cross‑functional teams: HR, Payroll, IT, and international AMS teams
  • Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team

Your Experience and Skills

  • Hands‑on experience as an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, in an AMS or other outsouring support model (post go‑live)
  • Practical knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management for Poland
  • Good knowledge of Polish payroll legislation, including ZUS, PIT, and statutory reporting
  • Basic understanding of integration with other SAP HCM modules (e.g. PA, OM) is an advantage
  • Fluent Polish (native or near‑native level) is required
  • Good command of English, written and spoken
  • Ability to analyse SAP HCM issues and propose practical solutions
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of an international team
  • Demonstrates an agile mindset, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise.
