Position Summary

Are you a consultant in HR and payroll processes and are eager to work with well-known organizations all over Europe? We have an open position in our Global Application Management Services team in Poland and we are looking for a new collegue, located in EU, who is an expert in the field. As a SAP Human Capital Management Consultant, you will be part of global team and will be responsible for SAP Payroll / Time module configuration. We are looking for Consultant who eagers to work with different Payrolls.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Configuration of SAP Payroll
  • Handling change orders and service requests through C4C system (3. Line) 
  • Being an advisor to clients regarding best practice processes and set up in the system 
  • Planing and handling testing 
  • Professional advising for the teams in Operations 
  • Training and guiding other team members
  • Communication with different functional teams and departments in the organization
  • Describing challenges and change requests in cooperation with other units

Required education & experience

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience within SAP Payroll customization for several countries 
  • Knowledge of Nordic countries payroll will be an advantage
  • Good communication English skills, both written and oral
  • Nordic language will be an advantage
  • Your expertise is more important than your bachelor's degree
