Your Responsibilities
- Configure and customize SAP HCM systems for Swiss payroll elements
- Manage change orders and service requests through the C4C system.
- Advise clients on optimal processes and system settings to enhance efficiency.
- Plan and execute testing phases to ensure system integrity and performance.
- Provide professional guidance and support to Operations teams.
- Facilitate communication with various functional teams and departments within the organization.
- Create comprehensive documentation of challenges and change orders in collaboration with other units.
Education & experience
- For regular position, minimum 3-4 years of experience in SAP Payroll customization
- For Senior position, Minimum 5-7 years of experience in SAP Payroll customization
- Comprehensive knowledge of Swiss payroll
- Proficient in English and German, both spoken and written (B2 level)
- Practical expertise is prioritized over formal educational qualifications.
- Candidates must be located within the European Union
