Your Responsibilities

Configure and customize the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module in both implementation and post‑go‑live environments.

Support and maintain live Employee Central environments, including troubleshooting configuration issues, resolving incidents, and performing root‑cause analysis.
- Analyze business requirements, define problem statements, evaluate solution options, and provide recommendations aligned with SAP best practices.
- Develop, execute, and support testing activities, including unit testing, UAT support, regression testing, and release validation

Monitor compliance with global templates and blueprints

Provide end‑user and HR support, including documentation management.
- Cooperate closely with other SuccessFactors consultants.
- Communicate proactively with various functional teams throughout the organization.
Experience and Education
- Minimum 2-3 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience for a mid-level role
- Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience for a senior-level role
- Certification of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Proven full-cycle implementations - your true expertise is more important than your bachelor's degree.
- Full-professional proficiency in Polish, both written and spoken.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- German language skills would be advantageous.
- Knowledge in the additional SF modules and integration will be consider as an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Accountability for actions, especially under stressful situations.
- Commitment and determination in problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.

- Salary tailored to experience – from 15,000 PLN to 26,000 PLN gross
