Role Summary

We are looking for a pro-active, communicative and eager-to-learn person to will take the role of Junior SuccessFactors Consultant with a focus on the Employee Central module (EC) to join our Global SuccessFactors Consulting team based in Poland.

This role offers an excellent entry point for early-career professionals looking to develop expertise in SAP SuccessFactors cloud-based solutions. You will contribute to exciting local and global implementation projects across Poland, as well as the DACH and APAC regions. By systematically and consistently building your experience, you will grow into a role where you take responsibility for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, collaborating closely with both local and international clients to optimize their HR processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Cooperate closely with Senior SuccessFactors Consultants
• Strong willingness to develop professionally and pursue SAP SuccessFactors certifications
• Support the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module configuration and customization
• Contribute to prepare the documentation for end-users
• Assist in addressing day-to-day challenges by evaluating potential solutions and offering recommendations
• Stay updated on SuccessFactors releases and best practices
• This role will require occasional travel, mainly within Europe

Education and experience

• Willingness to learn and grow in a structured, team-oriented environment
• Native Polish speaker with professional proficiency in English (B2/C1), both written and spoken
• German language skills would be advantageous
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrate responsibility and reliability, especially in stressful conditions
• Commitment and determination in problem-solving
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
