Role Summary
We are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our Cloud Consulting team. We welcome technically skilled professionals currently working on the customer side who are looking to develop their careers within a consulting organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, helping our clients optimize and streamline their HR processes. You will work closely with Zalaris clients on project implementations, analyze HR requirements, and provide expert technical guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
A strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors functionality combined with solid HR best practices will be essential to delivering successful projects and driving meaningful HR transformation.

Your Responsibilities
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module configuration and customization
- Defining the problem statement, evaluating the solution options, and making recommendations and changes
- Developing and executing tests
- Ongoing monitoring of compliance with blueprints.
- Conducting end-user training and creating documentation
- Cooperating closely with other SuccessFactors consultants
- Ongoing communication with various functional teams throughout the organization
Experience and education
- Minimum 3-5 years wroking as a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central key ADMIN or HRIS on customer side

If an applicant has more advanced qualifications gained within a consulting company, we are open to reviewing their application through a separate process.
- Knowledge in the additional SF modules and integration is an advantage.
- Certification of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- This position requires residency in Poland and a valid work permit
- Good communication and interpersonal skills which enable to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical parties
- Accountability for actions, particularly in times of stress
- Commitment and determination in solving problems
