The Role 

We are looking for a positive, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Junior Researcher to support our global talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will conduct market research to gather up-to-date insights, identify and engage top talent, build and maintain candidate pipelines, and work closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their recruitment career who is eager to learn, grow, and develop strong sourcing and recruiting skills. 

 

Your Responsibilities 

  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, databases, and employee referrals. 

  • Build and maintain talent pools to meet both current and future hiring needs. 

  • Develop and send engaging quarterly candidate outreach messages that effectively communicate the Zalaris Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and strengthen the employer brand. 

  • Manage and coordinate quarterly outreach campaigns, using varied message types to monitor effectiveness and response rates. 

  • Provide monthly LinkedIn outreach reports detailing response rates, positive responses, and initial meetings with Talent Acquisition (TA) Partners. 

  • Respond to LinkedIn messages and schedule initial meetings with TA Partners. 

  • Collaborate with TA Business Partners to continuously optimize sourcing and outreach strategies. 

  • Support the full Talent Acquisition process, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 

  • Participate in recruitment projects, market research, and process improvement initiatives. 

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all sourcing interactions. 

 

Experience and education 

  • Availability to work on-site at our Gdynia office (minimum 3 days per week) 

  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken 

  • Previous experience in sourcing, recruitment, HR, or a related field is an advantage 

  • Good understanding of sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) is a plus 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Curiosity, agility, persistence, and a willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and recruitment best practices 

  • Comfortable using AI tools and technology 

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to provide insightful and regular reports (ideally including predictive analytics; at minimum, advanced skills in Excel) 

  • Ability to work independently 

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
