Position Summary
Zalaris is looking to engage an experienced SAP HCM Time Consultant to join our IT Dev Func team in Denmark, an expert in SAP system configuration. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive background in implementing SAP Time solutions.. This position requires close collaboration with clients to thoroughly understand their needs, expert knowledge of SAP system configuration and ensure the effective deployment of SAP HCM Time solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Danish clients to thoroughly understand their requirements, including time schemas, time systems, overtime management, wage types, absences, attendance quotas, and reporting needs.
- Implement the SAP PT solution for new customers.
- Demontrated experience in saccessfully performing configuration tasks across a minimum of three projects
- Advise clients on best practice processes and technical setups within the system.
- Plan, oversee and execute testing
- Provide line support for teams in Operations.
- Take ownership of specific outsourcing tasks requiring senior-level expertise ensuring proper segregation of duties.
- Serve as a case manager for complex, multi-functional issues, leading problem-solving efforts.
- Communicate effectively with various functional teams and departments within the organization.
- Collaborate with various functional teams and departments.
- Create comprehensive documentation of challenges and change orders in collaboration with other departments.
- Train and mentor team members
Experience and education
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in SAP Danish Time configuration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish (C2 level).
- Professional experience working in an English-speaking environment.
- Strong ability to plan, prioritize tasks, and manage workload effectively.
- Committed to delivering high-quality service with a customer-focused approach.
- Proactive and initiative-driven in handling responsibilities and tasks.
