Your Responsibilities

Accurately process payroll, ensuring correct payments, tax calculations, and deductions.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to payroll, taxes, and balances.

Oversee bank payments and ensure timely, accurate transactions.

Handle tax corrections, adjustments, and support financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and regulatory standards.

Maintain payroll records and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Prepare reports, resolve payroll queries, and support process improvements.

Stay updated on payroll legislation and contribute to continuous compliance.
Experience and education
- At least 3 years of payroll accounting experience or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax reconciliation, and relevant regulations.
- Fluency in Danish at a professional level is mandatory
- Professional working proviciency in English.
- Familiarity with payroll and accounting system as SAP or similar is an advantage
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong numerical accurancy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to meet dedlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
