Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive, communicative, and curious Junior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our Global SAP SuccessFactors Consulting team in Denmark, with a focus on the Employee Central (EC) module - SAP SuccessFactors’ core HR system used to manage employee data, organizational structures, and key HR processes.

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors’ cloud-based solutions while contributing to both local and international implementation projects. From day one, you’ll be part of a collaborative team, learning how to configure, implement, and support the Employee Central module.
As you grow in the role, you’ll take on increasing responsibility and work closely with clients across borders to optimize and modernize their HR and digital processes.

Your Responsibilities
- Strong willingness to develop professionally and pursue SAP SuccessFactors certifications
- Support the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module configuration and customization
- Contribute to prepare the documentation for end-users
- Assist in addressing day-to-day challenges by evaluating potential solutions and offering recommendations
- Stay updated on SuccessFactors releases and best practices
Your Experience and Skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a structured, team-oriented environment
- Native Danish speaker with professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrate responsibility and reliability
- Commitment and determination in problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
