Your Responsibilities
- Improve website visibility through smart search engine optimization
- Plan and manage search engine advertising campaigns that drive quality traffic
- Create and refine engaging digital content that is easy to find and easy to love
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to uncover growth opportunities
- Conduct keyword and competitor research to guide digital strategy
- Optimize website journeys to increase engagement and conversions
- Manage and update pages using content management systems
- Track performance and translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Support digital campaigns with landing pages, tracking, and reporting
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and external partners on digital initiatives

Experience and Technical Skills
- Strong copywriting and editorial skills, with the ability to create content that informs, engages, and converts
- Proficient in visual design and asset creation, enhancing the appeal of marketing campaigns
- Ability to develop storytelling and value propositions that clearly communicate the brand message
- Hands-on experience in search engine optimization and search engine advertising, improving visibility and engagement
- Skilled in CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation, ensuring campaigns reach the right audience
- Experience in campaign development and execution, from planning to reporting
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, coordinating across teams and deadlines
- Experience in social media management and engagement, creating content and building audience interaction
- Ability to analyze data and produce marketing reports, using insights to optimize performance
- Competent in budget ownership and cost control, managing marketing spend efficiently
- Experience in event planning and on-site execution, supporting marketing initiatives with impactful events
- Understanding of brand strategy and governance, ensuring consistent communication across channels
