Role Summary: 

We are seeking a German language expert responsible for translating, proofreading, and editing content to ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, managing language projects, and maintaining high standards of quality in all German language materials. Proficiency in German and excellent attention to detail are essential. 

Responsibilities: 

  • You are responsible for a variety of mandates related to EDM, payroll and travel processing requests. 

  • In addition to processing payroll, you will be working closely with German customers, answering their queries and providing the solutions within the SLA. 

  • You assist the internal team (process experts) in understanding the German language and together achieve the target of the team  

  • You will actively support in translating documents from German to English and visa versa. 

  • Maintenance of organizational structure 

  • Preparation and delivery of reports 

  • Train and guide other team members. 

  • Performing any additional tasks, linked to the primary scope of the position. 

Experience and Skills: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Translation, Interpreting, or related field. 

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience related experience would be added advantage. 

  • Proficient in German language (B2,C1). 

  • SAP experience would be added advantage. 

  • Enjoy communication with clients. 

  • Digital affinity and openness to learning and trying new things. 

  • Team spirit and a willingness to take on responsibility complete your profile.
