Role Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for clients based in Spain, leveraging your expertise in Spanish payroll legislation and SAP systems. You will contribute to our mission of enabling better workdays for our clients through smarter HR and payroll solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes for Spanish clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Spanish labor laws and payroll regulations

  • Perform audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance

  • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payroll-related queries

  • Collaborate with internal teams including HR, finance, and IT to streamline payroll operations

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll service delivery

  • Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll data at all times

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, finance or related field.
  • Minimum of 6-12 years of experience with spanish language would be added advantage.
  • Proficient in Spanish language (B2,C1).
  • SAP experience would be added advantage.
  • Enjoy communication with clients.
  • Digital affinity and openness to learning and trying new things.
  • Team spirit and a willingness to take on responsibility complete your profile.
