Role Summary

Experienced HR Operations Specialist with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in customer management, HR services delivery, project participation, workshop facilitation, and issue resolution. Proficiency in SuccessFactors and CRM systems is essential.

Job Duties and Responsiblities

Looking for someone with 6 to 10 years of Experience in HR Operations
1.    Customer Management
o    Act as the primary point of contact for one of our major customers.
o    Build and maintain strong relationships with the customer.
o    Understand the customer's business needs and align HR services to support their strategic objectives.
o    Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
2.    HR Services Delivery
o    Oversee the end-to-end delivery of HR services for the assigned customer across multiple countries.
o    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate HR services delivery, including talent and workforce management, and compensation & benefits administration.
3.    Project Team Participation
o    Contribute to the development and implementation of HR solutions as part of the project team.
o    Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to drive successful project outcomes and exceed customer expectations.
4.    Workshop Facilitation
o    Conduct workshops with the customer to understand their specific requirements, challenges, and goals.
o    Utilize a consultative approach to provide tailored HR solutions that address customer needs.
5.    Escalation Point for Delivery Issues
o    Serve as the escalation point for any HR services delivery issues.
o    Work proactively to resolve challenges and ensure a smooth customer experience.
o    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement corrective actions and prevent future issues.
6.    System Requirements
o    SuccessFactors (Employee Central, SuccessFactors Reporting)
o    C4C, CRM

Requirements

  • Master's in human resource, finance or a related field.  
  • 5-10 years' experience in HR data and payroll processing.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software systems (e.g., C4C, SuccessFactors, SAP).
